Understanding MRP and ERP


MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is a technique or system that functions to plan the schedule needed for material requirements. In Indonesian, this technique is known as Material Requirements Planning.


In other words, MRP is a production plan for several products using a lead time. So that later we can determine when and how many products to order for each component of a product to be made.
